1Acceptance of Terms

Accounts opened using false or misrepresented identity information will be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform’s functionality.

- Not making false claims or exploiting bonus and promotion systems.
3Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the klbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly and are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
Supported deposit methods include FPX via major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are credited after confirmation by the payment provider. klbet is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems.
- Minimum deposits are subject to limits applied at the time of transaction.
- Deposits must come from a bank account or eWallet registered under the user’s name.
- Any deposits suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity will be temporarily blocked pending investigation.
- Withdrawals require successful identity verification.
- Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts under the registered user’s name.

4Promotion, Bonus & Platform Usage Rules
All promotions and bonuses offered by klbet are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. These include time limits, rollover requirements (minimum wagering before withdrawal is allowed), minimum qualifying deposits, and eligible game categories for the bonus.
Klbet reserves the right to cancel any bonuses or promotions awarded to users found violating usage terms, including bonus system abuse, false betting, or coordinated multi-account activities to unfairly exploit promotions.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
- Placing matched bets using multiple accounts to secure guaranteed wins from promotions.
- Using third-party software or tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.

5Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Klbet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if terms violations are detected. This includes but is not limited to fraud, system abuse, false registration information, or illegal activities.
Suspended accounts will be investigated within a reasonable timeframe. If no violation is found, the account will be reinstated along with all valid balances. If violations are confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balances related to the breach may be forfeited.
Users may request to close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after all verification requirements are met and no pending bets remain.
Klbet is not responsible for losses arising from technical disruptions, server downtime, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond control. klbet’s liability is limited to the valid account balance at the time of disruption.
6Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendment of Terms
All content on the klbet platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the property of klbet or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The klbet platform may contain links to third-party websites. klbet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing external links is at the user’s own risk.
Amendments & Applicable Law
Klbet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with updated effective dates. Users are advised to review this page regularly. Continued platform use after amendments take effect means acceptance of the updated terms.
